Create "Installation success" page

Reported by Bernat Foj Capell | September 16th, 2009 @ 10:03 AM | in 0.7.2

Currently, after an ubiquo template install, if we go to the server without /ubiquo we will find an error description. Instead it could be helpful if we provide a page (maybe an static html) with a success message and with instructions to go to /ubiquo and log in with the default user.
